Artistic Licence will be enjoying a high profile presence on stand L50 at this year’s PLASA London. In keeping with the spirit of change reflected in the show’s new venue, we will demonstrate a trio of products that promise to take the market in exciting new directions.

All three new products — nanoScope, Art-Osc and eSense — will be entered into the PLASA Awards for Innovation. While achieving different functions, they all combine a slick user experience with impressive technical innovation. nanoScope is likely to become a must-have gadget for every technician, while eSense promises to unlock the potential of RDM for smart monitoring applications — currently a hugely under-used resource.

Occupying a special place in the range, Art-Osc is a new protocol that allows remote interfacing of lighting control data via smartphones or tablets. Art-Osc will be available in the public domain on a royalty-free basis, following in the footsteps of Art-Net, the hugely popular Ethernet protocol that Artistic Licence gave to the industry ten years ago.

On a celebratory theme, this year marks the company’s Silver Jubilee. Founded in 1988, Artistic Licence has always embraced new technology, and continues to thrive through innovation. Visitors are invited to Stand L50 to see some of the products that will shape the next 25 years!
